Your account manager will send you login credentials via email once your engagement is finalized. You can access the platform at portal.sustainabletalent.com. For security, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your first login.
To submit a role, provide: job title, detailed description, required skills, location/timezone requirements, expected duration, rate range, and start date. The more detail you provide, the faster we can source quality candidates.
Timeline varies by role complexity and market. For technical roles, expect 2-4 weeks from intake to start date. For niche or senior roles, 4-6 weeks. Rush requests can be accommodated with 72-hour turnarounds in select markets.
Yes. TalentOS™ offers API integrations with major systems including Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, and Lever. We also support custom integrations via REST API. Contact your account manager to discuss integration requirements.
Log into TalentOS™ and navigate to "Open Roles." You'll see real-time candidate status across all stages: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding. You can filter by role, location, or stage.
Timesheets and invoices are available in the "Consultants" section under "Billing & Time Tracking." You can export reports by consultant, project, or date range in CSV or PDF format.
We maintain compliance through: local entity partnerships (ADP TotalSource in US, Deel globally), regular legal audits, worker classification reviews, and real-time compliance monitoring in TalentOS™. Our compliance team reviews every engagement before activation.
We support 150+ countries through our EOR partners. Coverage includes US, Canada, UK, EU, APAC, LATAM, and emerging markets. For specific country questions, contact our compliance team at compliance@sustainabletalent.com.
In the US, ADP TotalSource manages W2 employment, payroll, taxes, and benefits. Internationally, Deel and local entities handle contractor payments, local taxes, and statutory benefits per country requirements.
Billing is consolidated monthly. You receive one invoice covering all active consultants, including hourly/daily rates, markup, and any expenses. Invoices are issued within 5 business days of month-end. Payment terms are Net 30.
We accept ACH, wire transfer, and credit card (for smaller engagements). International clients can pay via wire transfer in USD, EUR, or GBP. Contact billing@sustainabletalent.com for custom payment arrangements.
Yes. During intake, we provide a detailed rate card and cost projection based on role requirements, location, and expected duration. Final costs depend on actual hours worked and any approved expenses.
